JOB OVERVIEW:
The Program Officer will oversees the implementation of local and seasonal programs, ensuring effective coordination from assessment to execution. The role involves regular monitoring, data collection, and communication with stakeholders. He will will produce reports, conducting assessments, and supporting the Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and supervision of the Care for Education program, Ma’had Ibnu Sina GER.
- Assist the program manager in the implementation of local programs, as well as seasonal programs of GER ID from assessment to implementation.
- Build the communication with stakeholders and external institutions.
- Conduct regular data collection and monitoring visits to measure program effectiveness and progress
- Produce letters and reports as required from time to time by program manager.
- Conducting details assessment including location, beneficiaries and other necessary before implementing the program.
- Delivering monitoring and evaluation of each recurring projects in regular basis as per needed and report them to Program Manager
- Prepare completion report for all projects/programs implemented under his responsibility
- Maintaining data and information related project implementation using provided template
- Reporting above mentioned template to Program Manager before 3rd day of every month
- Preparing weekly program report every Friday
- Travel to Ibnu Sina GER location as directed by Program Manager.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel necessary
- Perform any related tasks as required by line manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Male , over 25 and under 33 years and not a smoker is required
- Bachelor’s in social sciences or a relevant field
- 2 years experiences in program implementation, preferably in an NGO or related organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in written and spoken English
- Willing to undertake domestic or international travel as requested by GER
- Willing to work in humanity and social program
- Hands on experience in reporting and project implementation
- Strong commitment to the organization’s mission and values
- Good organizational skills
